How to link your IEC under new Module of DGFT?.

 If not able to do it then can be done by us with paid service charges

Below some briefing of process step wise done by me.
 
Step 1 Registration login to be created
Step 2 Linking of IEC through Aadhar e-sign or DSC. I suggest go with Aadhar e-sign of only Proprietor / Any one Partner or Any one Director respectively depending upon Company type. It can also be done by DSC but DSC should be IEC based.
Step 3 Modification.
 
Requirement In step 1
  • Selection of Prevailing Proprietor's / Partner's / Director's full name as per IEC DGFT site online data.
  • Email id and Mobile number for otp generation and confirmation time is 15 mins.
  • Upon OTP accepted system will reply successful generation and temporary password will be send on email with login id.
 
Requirement In step 2
  • Pan copy of concerned Proprietor / Partner / Director  whose login is created or provide PAN number, NAME as on PAN data base, Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Aadhar copy of same Proprietor / Partner / Director - where in VID will be generated and send on his / her mobile number only linked with aadhar data base. VID is required.
  • Last Aadhar OTP will be send upon VID is entered on Mobile linked to Director's Aadhar. Same otp will be required to complete linking of IEC to the login created of said Director.
 
Requirement In step 3
Supporting proof of documents will be required duly self attested for Modification in IEC.
 
Hope you have understood the process. If you want then the said paid service will be given to you with nominal charges of Rs.300. Please do not ask for help over phone for the same. If you require the paid service then please email back and make sure the requirements of PAN, Aadhar, Email id and Mobile number is provided as otp will be send to email and mobile both.
 
At present only IEC is shifted to new module and later on they will be shifting AA and EPCG module. Hence request to please create the login as soon as possible. Below is the screen shot of DGFT ecom application.
