High Court of Madras while taking his concerned upon a petition of Contempt of Court filed
against Investigating Officer for willfully disobeying the order of the High Court. The High
Court noted that it is the high time to take a notice upon the Police department as 90
percent of the police officers are corrupt and 10 percents are innocent but that 10 percents
are not well trained to complete an investigation so this is the right time to sensitive the
officials and eradicate the corrupt officers.
